My Article on Trump and the Fourth Estate

In late October I started writing an article on the rise of misinformation on social media this election and what it meant for journalism and public consumption of news. I had hoped – even believed – that this piece would warn about how our culture's impatience with facts let a man like Trump so close to the presidency. Instead, he became president-elect.
